Third course: Roasted lamb racks, rosemary, garlic, Dijon, panko, smoked sweet potato mash, labneh, fresh herbs, crushed walnut, pomegranate molasses. 

Fourth course: Chocolate Pots de Crème, chocolate sable, fresh strawberry, orange caramel, orange supreme, Chantilly crème, mint.
